Motivation and feeling stuck
When motivation drops, it is hard to regain momentum, or it is no longer clear why you are working towards a goal that used to matter.

One-to-one coaching – motivation, direction, workplace relationships
There are people behind workplace challenges too.
Loss of motivation, uncertainty, difficult working relationships or recurring conflict often have more layers than are visible at first.
My aim is for us to uncover and understand what is happening beneath the surface – while keeping sight of where you want to move next.
When can coaching help?
You do not need to know exactly what the “problem” is. It can be enough to know that something is not working as you would like, or that you want to see your next step more clearly.
When motivation drops, it is hard to regain momentum, or it is no longer clear why you are working towards a goal that used to matter.
When you are torn between different directions, want to make a change but cannot yet see the next step clearly, or want goals you can genuinely connect with.
When a situation with a colleague or manager is taking too much energy, or the same kind of conflict keeps returning.
When you want to communicate more clearly, say no, prepare for a difficult conversation, or represent your own perspective without unnecessarily damaging the relationship.
Beneath the surface
A difficult colleague may simply be a difficult colleague. But sometimes a situation touches something that has appeared in other relationships too.
A lack of motivation may be temporary tiredness. But it may also be a sign that you no longer feel connected to where you are heading.
In coaching, we do not only look at the surface problem. We also explore the patterns, expectations, decisions or internal conflicts that may be shaping it.
The aim is not to turn everything into a psychological issue. The aim is to understand more accurately what is happening.
How I work
I do not give you ready-made answers. I work with questions, perspectives and structure that can help you see your situation more clearly.
The first step is understanding how you see the situation and what is currently taking the most attention or energy.
What keeps repeating? Where are you stuck? What has changed? What might you have been trying to solve for some time?
We explore what other interpretations, options or responses may exist beyond the way the situation currently looks.
We are not looking for a perfect plan, but for a concrete next step that is realistic, manageable and moves you closer to what you want.
How the coaching works
My business coaching currently means individual sessions for employees and managers.
The coaching remains focused on the work-related situation, goal or challenge, while more personal patterns, values or relationship dynamics can naturally come into the conversation when they genuinely help us understand what is happening.
You remain the expert on your own situation. My role is to provide the space, questions and new perspectives that help you see your options more clearly.
If coaching is funded by the employer, we agree the framework of the work in advance. The personal content of individual sessions is not automatically shared with the employer.
Three principles
I work with attention, consistency and discretion.
I do not place myself above you or make decisions for you. We work together so that you can see your own situation more clearly.
We do not stop being human when we are at work. Alongside performance, goals and roles, how you experience and navigate them matters too.
For employers
One-to-one coaching can be particularly useful when an employee or manager has lost motivation, is struggling to find their next direction, is dealing with recurring conflict or a difficult working relationship, or is facing an important decision or change.
The aim is not to create a “better employee”. It is to provide a space where the person can see their situation more clearly, take responsibility for their next steps and move forward in a more sustainable way.
Business Coaching
This may be support for one employee or a series of regular one-to-one coaching sessions. The first conversation is simply to clarify what is needed and whether working together is the right fit.
